Coaching, Alliances, Campaigns, & Governing
About Amaya
My last name Lin is made of two wood or tree characters: 林. The meaning of Lin is based on the saying in Taiwanese/ Chinese that “two trees make a forest.”
Our collective work is based on upholding and supporting one another, much like tree roots intertwine to enable growth and support an entire forest ecosystem.
After nearly a quarter century inside of worker, climate, and student movements, including grassroots organizing and coalition-based work, I now contract with groups to sustain the conditions for personal and collective growth.
Through leadership coaching, alliance building, campaign development, and governing strategy, I partner with people to fertilize and harness greater energy for the changes we seek.
Together, we practice staying rooted and resilient in the midst of conflict and crisis.
